DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Though we recommend you create an account for a faster checkout process, you do not have to create an account to place an order.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To reset your password, sign in to My Account, click the Account Information tab, and then the “Change Password” box. Editable fields will appear for you to enter your current password, followed by fields to enter and confirm the new password. Your new password must be 6 or more characters, must include upper and lower cases, and at least 1 number.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
To ensure your package arrives safely, we only offer one ship-to address per order. If you would like to send multiple products to different locations, a new order will have to be created for each.
DOES BOGA DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
To ensure your order arrives safely, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN DELIVERY?

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
BOGA currently provides several shipping options on domestic and international orders. To view shipping costs, transit times, and destinations, please visit our shipping page.
DOES BOGA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, BOGA currently ships to 52 international locations at a flat fee of $35. Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days. For destinations visit our shipping page. Please note that BOGA is not responsible for applicable duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with international shipments – these are paid for by the customer and handled directly through DHL.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
BOGA currently accepts payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on the ship-to address. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY BOGA E-GIFT CARD?
E-Gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the e-gift card code during the checkout process.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?
BOGA allows their customers up to 30 days to return unworn, undamaged merchandise, for free (contiguous US only), and with no hassle. For instructions and policy details, please visit our Returns page. All international returns will need to be handled by the customer. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
All customers will have up to 30 days upon the receipt of your order to qualify for returns, unless otherwise stated. Please reference our Returns Policy to learn more about the process.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT RETURN?
Aside from gift card purchases, BOGA will accept all returned merchandise provided the return is processed within 30 days of receipt, the order remains in its original condition, and meets all requirements as outlined in our Returns Policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
At this time, BOGA does not offer exchanges on merchandise. However, you have 30 days from receipt date to return your order. Please follow the Returns Policy process or contact a member of our Customer Loyalty team.
DOES BOGA ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
BOGA will accept returns on all international merchandise, provided they meet the criteria mentioned on our Returns Policy. Please note, international shipping, duties, taxes, and other applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer.
